Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and create BIPs
- Supervise RBTs and therapy plans
- Collaborate with families and clinical teams
- Maintain Medicaid and BACB-compliant documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s in ABA/Psychology/Education
- Active BCBA certification & Texas license
- 2+ years experience preferred
- CPR, background clearance
